Contract periods : 1 year (long term position, will be extended upon performance)
Work Location : 3655 N. 1st ST. San Jose, CA 95134
§ Provide a major support to the outsourcing team for the full life cycle of the contracting process.
§ Guide Company established onboarding procedure to new hiring managers or business group members for future openings.
§ Interview hiring managers regarding a new open position’s required skill set.
§ Respond to emails, texts and online chats from hiring managers related to onboarding process
§ Perform resume pre-screening and interview coordination
§ Interface with hiring managers to obtain feedback on interview and candidate status
§ Maintains 3rd party contractor’s travel policy
§ Perform other outsourcing duties as assigned or needed
- 2 more years office work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must bilingual (English and Korean)
